Bring a dispatcher aboard by name — QR invitations, agreements that quote your own fees, and a live picture of what you earn
- Invite someone into your network by name — create an invitation for a specific person, show them a QR code to scan or send them a link, and their account arrives already connected to you. The relationship comes from the invitation itself, so it can never be mistyped.
- A guided dispatcher setup — a new operator is walked from agreements, to their own pricing, to Stripe, to their first driver, and told plainly at each point what is still standing between them and taking a real booking.
- Agreements that quote your actual numbers — the terms your riders and drivers see are rendered from the fees you set, and the copy anyone signs is frozen at signature: changing a price later never rewrites a deal somebody already agreed to.
- What you could earn — a live breakdown on your revenue console showing what your fees, your fleet and your network add up to per month, with every rate shown beside the figure it produced.
- Add your drivers from a spreadsheet — paste or upload a list, see exactly what will happen before it happens, and commit. Bad rows come back explained instead of failing the whole import.
- Your pricing, on one screen — ride rates, surge, driver share and any reseller markup together in one place instead of three.
- Reseller earnings are charged consistently — a reseller's markup is now funded the same way whichever payout mode a business runs, and drivers are explicitly insulated from it: nobody earns less because the business above them works with a reseller.
- Every setup screen answers the same way — the console, the assistant and our JSON endpoints now share one set of rules per action, so a change made by talking to QT and a change made by clicking are the same change.
- Two integration tools rejected their own documented fields — inviting a driver or adding a rider through the API failed when you sent exactly what the published schema asked for. Both now accept it, with tests that read the schema rather than assuming it.
